Find your Precinct number and either connect with your Precinct Chair or sign up to fill the seat if it’s open. For elections, Dallas County is broken into small neighborhood chunks called precincts. The same number is used whether you vote Dem or Repub and there is a Precinct Chair (PC) for each precinct representing their neighborhood within their party. For instance, Joey Cade is the Precinct Chair
