Need to Let Off Some Steam?!? Join Us for a primal group SCREAM - and Dance Party!!

The chaos is constant... The stress is real! Are you feeling the weight of it all? Come release, recharge, & reconnect with a group scream - and dance party!

We’ll gather by White Rock Lake to scream out the stress, shake out the tension, and dance ourselves back to joy. Because screaming together is cheaper than therapy – and way more fun!

Why We Do This:

• To release rage & fear, not hold it inside.

• To reclaim joy as an act of resistance.

• To build resilience & community.

• To remind ourselves what we are fighting FOR, not just what we’re fighting against.

When: Sat, November 8th

Where: Dreyfuss Club Point - WR Lake, 600 E. Lawther

Time: 1:30 - 3 pm

We’ll have music, but BYO noise makers, bells, maracas, and tambourines, if you want.

We’ll have some waters, but feel free to BYO treats or bring treats to offer to share.
